Title: Operations Associate (Manufacturing)

Duties: Develop and implement strategies to re-engineer operations for industrial, manufacturing and other clients; develop lean operations strategies for clients; work with management team on creating roadmaps to execute operations strategies; train client management team on best practices in operations and process improvements; lead focused improvement initiatives for the client; perform extensive data analysis to aid operational decision making; develop key performance indicators to assess operational performance; provide interim management services to the client as required.

Requirements: Master in Operations / Business / Engineering and 3 years of experience in leading implementation of operations improvement in large scale industries.
