DALLAS (April 8, 2006) - Michael Gish of Barrier Advisors has been accredited as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) by the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. Gish is a member of the firm's corporate restructuring practice. He has experience performing a variety of services involving corporate reorganizations, including restructuring analyses, pre-bankruptcy planning and plan of reorganization formation analyses.

The association grants certification to professionals who demonstrate a high level of competency in more than 4,000 hours of specialized insolvency and reorganization experience. Gish successfully completed an in-depth financial insolvency and restructuring examination, which covered all aspects of bankruptcy and reorganization, including, managing financial turnaround and bankruptcy cases, plan development and accounting, financial reporting and taxes.
