Theme Park Emerges from $400 Million Bankruptcy;
Successfully Reopens as Freestyle Music Park

DALLAS and WINTER PARK, FL (May 29, 2009) - Barrier Advisors, a Dallas-based financial advisory and restructuring firm, together with Roundbox™ Advisors, a Florida-based financial and strategic advisory firm, today announced the successful restructuring of the former Hard Rock Park, a 135-acre music-themed entertainment property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Operating under new ownership, the park, rebranded Freestyle Music Park, successfully reopened on Memorial Day weekend and plans a grand opening celebration on June 12.
