DALLAS (February 22, 2006) - Barrier Advisors, a provider of corporate restructuring, performance, wind-downs and finance solutions, has announced the promotion of Kent Laber to the position of senior managing director as well as John Stuart and Matt Donnell to the position of managing director in Corporate Restructuring.

Laber leads Barrier Advisors corporate restructuring practice. He is a subject matter expert in both bankruptcy and out-of-court recapitalization solutions, and has advised companies and creditors for more than a decade in a variety of industries ranging from middle-market to Fortune 150 firms.

Stuart specializes in corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. In the last ten years, he has advised both debtors and creditors in a variety of industries on numerous workout and distressed M&A engagements.

Donnell concentrates on financial advisory and corporate restructuring. His relevant experience includes assignments in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, automotive, financial services, aerospace, death care and energy.
