Mr. Kessler is a Director and is involved in the firm’s corporate restructuring, trustee and examiner services, and corporate finance practices. He has over 20 years of lending experience including significant experience in restructuring loans, workouts, liquidations, wind-downs and originations across numerous industry sectors. Prior to joining our firm Mr. Kessler served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Guaranty Business Credit Corporation. Mr. Kessler holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Adelphi University.

Mr. O’Hanna is a Director in the Operations Strategy Group with over 25 years of experience in operations management. He is an expert in the execution of process improvement at the business unit/plant levels and also specializes in training, coaching and developing business unit managers. His industry experience includes pulp and paper, plastics, and aerospace. Prior to joining our firm Mr. O’Hanna held multiple key leadership positions with United Parcel Service. Mr. O’Hanna earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Lynchburg College.

Mr. Reagins is a Director with 15 years of industry experience in information technology, investment banking and private equity. He has a broad background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate business development, strategic marketing and technology. Mr. Shifferd is a Director in the Operations Strategy Group with 20 years of experience in operations management, private equity turnaround and investor assessment for consumer products, automotive manufacturing and aerospace companies. Prior to joining our firm Mr. Shifferd served as General Manager for Nautic Global Group, a portfolio company of Code Hennessey & Simmons LLC. Mr. Shifferd holds an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
