Mr. Arnett has served clients in varied industries including building products, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, and finance. Prior to joining Barrier, Mr. Arnett served as a Manager at both KPMG and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Arnett has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of business recovery including bankruptcy planning, business plan assessment, strategic analysis, fair market valuations, liquidation analysis, capital structure analysis, asset dispositions, plan formulation, and negotiation of out-of-court financial restructurings.
Mr. Arnett has also worked on over a dozen M&A transactions spanning numerous industries including manufactured housing, retail, telecommunications, automotive, and broadcast media.
Mr. Arnett earned his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Kansas School of Business, his J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law and his B.S. from Colorado State University.
Mr. Arnett is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Arnett is also a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA).
