Mr. Grace has served as the interim CFO to a distressed plastic injection molding company with revenues in excess of $200 million, supported the operational and strategic turnaround of a middle market consumer products company, facilitated an out of court restructuring for a middle market retail service company and served as an interim controller for another middle market plastics company.

Mr. Grace joined Barrier Advisors from FTI Consulting (formerly a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers) where he was a Consultant in the Business Recovery Services (“BRS”) practice. Mr. Grace has extensive experience providing both debtor and creditor advisory services to companies ranging from $20 million revenues to the Fortune 25. His engagements consisted of a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing and retail.

Prior to entering the restructuring and turnaround industry, Mr. Grace was a Senior Associate in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided professional services to both public and private companies, including financial reporting, internal control assessment and due diligence.

Mr. Grace holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
