Eric J. Brundage - Managing Director

Mr. Brundage is a Managing Director at Barrier Advisors, Inc. He has a broad range of experience assisting companies that are seeking strategic alternatives including selling, financing and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Brundage has significant experience in M&A transactions across a wide range of industries and has led and closed several cross-border transactions in the energy, manufacturing, transportation and consumer goods industries.

Mr. Brundage leverages his operational background to combine the financial and growth opportunities of his client’s business, leading to higher valuations. Representative transactions include selling a $350m construction company to a multibillion dollar European construction firm; selling a $225m oil field service company to a private equity firm; executing an acquisition program for a major consumer packaged goods distributor; and selling a $40m manufacturer of industrial equipment to a United Kingdom-based conglomerate.

Prior to joining our firm Mr. Brundage was with Allegiance Capital Corporation, where he provided M&A and corporate advisory services including M&A structured finance and corporate performance for a variety of industries. Prior to this Mr. Brundage served as a consultant providing Fortune 500 companies operational consulting and process improvement for oil and gas, technology, and building products companies.

Mr. Brundage earned his B.S. in Economics from Texas Christian University.
