Patrick J. Sullivan - Managing Director

Mr. Sullivan is a Managing Director at Barrier Advisors, Inc. He has a diverse background, with considerable experience as an attorney, entrepreneur and corporate executive in industries including information technology, manufacturing, materials technology, shipbuilding, ceramics, horticulture, publishing and real estate. Mr. Sullivan has conducted business internationally, particularly in Asia and Europe.

Over the past decade Mr. Sullivan has specialized in M&A transactions, recapitalizations and corporate advisory for middle-market companies. Prior to joining our firm Mr. Sullivan was a Managing Director at Waterview Advisors and led various M&A transactions, recapitalization and corporate advisory initiatives with particular emphasis on natural resources, oil and gas, mining and minerals, technology, and construction.

Mr. Sullivan graduated in law from Auckland University, New Zealand. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. Mr. Sullivan is a FINRA Licensed Securities Representative (Series 62, 63 and 79).
