Mr. Price is a Senior Managing Director with 20 years of M&A advisory, corporate finance and restructuring experience. He has led numerous buy-side, sell-side and capital raising engagements for both financially healthy and distressed businesses. Prior to joining our firm Mr. Price was a Managing Director at BDO Capital Advisors, LLC in the special situations investment banking group. Mr. Price earned his B.S. in Economics and his J.D., each from the University of North Carolina.
