Mr. Gring comes to Barrier having advised a number of clients across a wide variety of industries including financial services, sub-prime mortgage lending, auto parts manufacturing, television media, retail, and freight.
Prior to joining Barrier, Mr. Gring served as a Vice President at AlixPartners, LLP where he gained considerable experience working with companies in need of both in and out-of-court restructuring. Mr. Gring has delivered results to clients through management and execution of global creditor settlements, performance improvement initiatives, cash forecasting, financial modeling and reporting, liquidation analysis, creditor recovery analysis, due diligence, and creditor claims resolution.
Mr. Gring holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. Mr. Gring is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors where he is a candidate to become a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
