Mr. Hair has more than 40 years of strategy, finance and general management experience, having held a number of prominent positions as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager. He has also led an extensive number of successful turnaround engagements in the fields of hospitality, services and manufacturing. As a Senior Consultant with Barrier Advisors, Mr. Hair has been appointed as interim CFO of two different companies until a permanent replacement CFO was hired.

Mr. Hair was the Executive Vice President and CFO of Southmark Corporation, a multi-billion dollar holding company for real estate, oil and gas, insurance, hospitality and health care businesses. During Southmark's Chapter 11 proceedings, he was responsible for the interim management and divestiture of several subsidiaries. Mr. Hair was an executive at Motorola for eight years, including five years with the semiconductor division in a variety of finance positions and two years as Corporate Manager of International Treasury Operations. He was also Vice President and Controller/Treasurer for Ramada Inns (Domestic Resorts and International Hotels), Gardner-Denver and the Victorio Company. His career began as an auditor with Coopers and Lybrand.

Mr. Hair is a graduate of Kent State University, and a Certified Public Accountant.
